Your transmission to Worcester County grants the County a perpetual non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, and publish such communications and materials in whole or in part for any purpose. Any transmission or USPS mailing of materials including but not limited to pictures, writings, e-ails, …etc become the sole property of the WCLMB unless agreed upon by both parties in writing prior to delivery and use. As such WCLMB may or may not use item thereafter as many times as necessary without permission or notification in the future.
